Great app, but improvements needed
This workout plan has been the ONLY plan that has helped me see results! I dont follow the meal plan, though it is helpful having it online and also on the app. My two suggested improvements would be an activity tracker other than walking and running that could run in the background. And other cardio workout choices. The second would be during the suggested workouts each day that the exercises progressed automatically after the time allotted for them. So maybe the app would count the reps for you and countdown the minutes for each move. Other than that this app is great and I would suggest it to ANYONE. Whether you are looking to lose weight or maintain.
