Im french but this app is really usefull. In the "journal" I can creat new food form with indications in grams and its very precise, by the gram ( unlike some apps that just give you the choise betwen 50/100 grams)
Same for the exercises: you can precisely enter the Time for each exercise, by the minute. So I can exactly know How much calories I eat and how much calories I burn.
