Not that great
I found that when it came time to journal my foods or activities, the apps library wasnt very good. For example- I did lunges, but there is no such thing on their list. One of the many exercises. The same goes for food.
And when I apparently got "upgraded" to level 2, nothing changed, and I was still doing level 1 exercises.
I found My Fitness Pal to be a better journaling app. They have quite an extensive list.
