Love It

I love this app. Ive been using it for a year. During the summer I lost 10 pounds and got skinnier. I deleted that app after I lost all of that weight but ended up gaining it back. In 2016 I got the app again and now Im losing weight again. This app helps me a lot I have never experienced a glitch. Get the app and experience a great change in your body!!

Does the planner feature even work?

I like it but I dont know if its just my phone or if its the app itself but I cant access my planner so I constantly have to log in online. I would give it a five star if it wasnt for this issue.

Only for women

Apparently this app is only for women. All the initial setup questions are for female anatomy. She trains men on the biggest loser. Why exclude half the population?

This app will renew a subscription charge without your consent. This is fraudulent and needs to be reconstructed so as the rights and will of users are represented.

Great Program. It works

The series of exercises are well coordinated in such way that allows the workout of different muscle groups and accelerate the recovery. I lost 19% of my bodys weight within 12 weeks. I did not say it was easy: you work your tail off. The dietary recommendations are excellent and before you know it, you have a total life style change!

Love it, few improvements needed!

Love this app. Just started using it recently but its great! I cant wait to see my results. Love the food tracker and the workouts kick my butt! Finally something useful! My only complaint is that when I try to log exercises other than the workouts, its sort of impossible. Also, theres no way of going back to do some workouts over and logging it.. Sometimes my work schedule is goofy so I only have time to do a little cardio and then plan to go back and do the workout the day after... Doesnt let me though. So I dont know how many calories Im ACTUALLY losing.

Its Almost there!

I love how personalized your app is, and how there are constant motivational pop-ups on the app. Because of that, I feel as if you are actually my own personal trainer. However, the app advertises way to much for one to upgrade to the next level on the app. Also, the upgraded version of the app should have way more personalized work out session videos. I would love if the podcast where a little bit more about athlete struggles

The app has just about everything

I just started using the app and its good for what I need. The videos for workouts could be a bit better, but overall I enjoy using this app and its tools. The food isnt always there if I go outside the actual items but like I said before a good app to use

Free app? Step 3 into the app requires spending money to purchase the workout and diet plans. How is that free?

Needs one improvement

I love the app, but lately Ive noticed that I will track my food, and when I go to track the next meal, it will only show the exercise I put in. Even the exercise from the tracker is gone. Its frustrating when Im trying to keep track of all of it, and the exercises are gone & I have to re-add the food.

A very good tool that could be better

This App is a powerful ally for me to use as I develop a much deeper understanding of what a body needs (at age 57), and how to meet those needs with good food and beverage choices. This is packed with fast, easy-to-learn features. I have a list of improvements as a user that I wish I could convey to the programming team: 1) make a button for Custom Food so I dont have to fail in a search before getting that option! I use this option a lot and its going to be a major issue for me using this long term. 2) Get rid of the preset "wheels" that decide whether a food is measured as a "serving" or auto-specifies a measure in ounces, grams, cups, or whatever. Let the user decide which measure to use in a pull-down menu because it really makes a difference in the daily tally of what gets ingested and you dont allow for a portion size thats, say, half of your minimum (like ingredients in a protein shake -- no option for less than a cup of edamame!); 3) let each user hit a button to submit a custom food for consideration to be added to your library. Ex: last nights Ruby Tues blackened talapia isnt on your list but herb-crusted talapia is. No way to make that link to add it, and I have no idea what the nutritional content is. So I inaccurately added the panko-breaded fish with butter on it and skewed my results. Better than not journaling at all, but not as good as it could be. 4) LAST, add a water tracker inside the nutrition journal. That said, it is a good tool that is giving me a visual picture, every day, of how Im doing. Love the nutrition graph. So much I just did not know!

Not veg friendly!

Exercises are great but I wish they had a vegetarian/vegan menu.

The app just doesnt work.

I cant wait to give this a 5 star review. First time signing up and just downloaded the app and it totally doesnt work. Shuts down when I go to put in my age. Cant even complete the setup. Was really looking forward to starting this program. Looks like itll have to wait until this app is fixed.
